’Win Latino Life in the Park 2023 Tickets’ Promotion (the “Promotion”) sponsored by the Promotor Western Union International Bank GmbH (the Promoter) in cooperation with Western Union International Limited is open only to legal residents (including legal alien residents) of the UK, who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry and satisfy the entry requirements outlined in clause 3 ‘HOW TO ENTER (“Eligible Participants”). Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, Agents and Sub-agents, and service providers/marketing agencies associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin. Winning a prize is contingent on an entrant meeting all eligibility requirements.

The Promotion begins at 12:00:00 AM (GMT+2) on July 25, 2023, and ends at 11:59:59 PM (GMT+2) on July 30, 2023 (the “Promotion Period”) and is subject to extension by the Promoter. Promoter’s designated computer is the official timekeeping device for this Promotion. Entries received before 12:00:00 AM (GMT+2) on July 25 2023, and after 11:59:59 PM (GMT+2) on July 30, 2023, will not be accepted and will be deemed invalid.

LIMITED TO ONE ENTRY PER PERSON with a Western Union Money Transfer transaction: During the Promotion Period, eligible entrants who make a Western Union Money Transfer transaction at www.westernunion.com, via the Western Union app (a “Qualifying Transaction”) will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Promotion. Entries are limited to customers who were invited to the prize draw through official Western Union marketing communications via email, push notification, or in-app messages.  Entries will be identified with qualifying MTCN numbers.

A random drawing to select winners will be conducted on or about July 31, 2023 from among all eligible entries received. The random drawing will be conducted by the Promoter. The Promotion is in compliance with all applicable anti-corruption laws and regulations. Odds of winning will not increase depending on the number of qualifying transactions per eligible participant.

Digital prizes will be fulfilled via an electronic gift card code and are not redeemable for cash and will not be replaced if lost, deleted, or not downloaded at time of winner’s notification. Digital prizes are subject to the terms of use provided by the gift card issuer. No substitution or transfer of any prize to a third party is permitted and prizes cannot be redeemed for cash value, except by the Promoter, who reserves the right in its sole discretion to substitute any prize, at its sole discretion. All applicable provincial and local taxes (specific to the winner’s jurisdiction of permanent residence) or other expenses relating to the acceptance, use and possession of any prize are the sole responsibility of each winner. All potential winners are subject to confirmation and verification; an entrant is not deemed a winner of any prize until entrant’s eligibility has been verified. Potential winners will be contacted by service email latest 1 August, 2023. In the event a potential winner is deemed ineligible, fails to comply with the Promotions terms and conditions or is unable to claim the prize as specified, the potential winner will be disqualified, and an alternate winner will be selected.

Eighty five (85) Prizes will be available: promocodes to redeem 2 tickets to Latino Life in the Park of £10 value each. The total value of all prizes available to be won in this Promotion is £1,750. Limit of one prize per person/family/household. Prizes consist of only the items specifically listed as part of the prize. All prize details not specifically set forth herein will be determined by Promoter in its sole discretion. All costs and expenses associated with the acceptance and use of a prize are winner’s sole responsibility. No substitution or transfer of prize by winner permitted. Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value at its sole discretion. The prize(s) are not redeemable for cash, and the winner(s) shall be responsible for any tax arising for winning the prize. The third party provider will be responsible for any matters arising from or in connection with the prizes, services, and/or information they provide in relation to which the Promoter will have no liability whatsoever. The Promoter will not be held liable to the quality and availability of the prizes, services and information provided by the third party provider, and excludes liability in connection with the promotion once the winner(s) enjoys any benefit relating to the promotion of the full extent permitted by law.

The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Promotion if it cannot be executed as planned for any reason or event beyond Promoter’s control, including but not limited to a Force Majeure event or occurrence, an “act of God” (e.g., natural disaster, etc.) or an unforeseeable health event (e.g., pandemic) making it inadvisable, impractical, impossible or illegal or which materially affects a parties ability to perform its obligations under this agreement in whole or in part, or if fraud, technical failures, human error or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion, as determined by Promoter in its sole discretion. If terminated, The Promoter may, at its discretion, award the prize from among all non-suspect, eligible entries received up to the time of such action. In no event will more than the stated number of prizes be awarded. Released Parties assume no responsibility for undeliverable email messages resulting from any form of active or passive email filtering by a user’s Internet service provider and/or email client or for insufficient space in user’s email account to receive email. Released Parties are not responsible for computer, network, technical, printing, typographical, human or other errors, problems or malfunctions relating to or in connection with the Promotion, including without limitation, errors, problems or malfunctions which may occur in connection with the administration of the Promotion, the announcement of the prizes, the processing of entries or in any Promotion-related materials; or for transactions or mail that are lost, misdirected, or fail to enter into the processing system for any reason; or are processed, reported, or transmitted late or incorrectly. The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil law and, should such an attempt be made, Promoter reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. The Promoter’s failure to enforce any term of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any promotional materials and the terms and conditions of the Terms and Conditions, the Terms and Conditions shall prevail, govern and control. Promoter not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Promotion or in the announcement of prizes. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS PROMOTION IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE PROMOTER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND COSTS (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ATTORNEYS’ FEES) FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Entrants/winners agree to release, discharge and hold harmless Released Parties and their respective successors and assigns from and against any claim or cause of action or liability (including but not limited to, personal injury, death or damage to or loss of property) arising out of participation in the Promotion or from the acceptance, use or misuse of the prize or any prize related-activity, or any claims based on publicity rights, defamation, invasion of privacy, copyright infringement, trademark infringement or any other intellectual property-related cause of action. Prize winner agrees and acknowledges that he/she will be solely responsible for any actions, claims or liabilities of their guest associated with any prize-related activity, including, without limitation, any actions, claims or liabilities related to a guest’s use of the prize. Prize winner shall bear all risk of loss or damage to the prize after it has been delivered/awarded. The components of the prize are subject to change based on local health and safety guidelines at the time of award. In the event any portion of the prize is cancelled or postponed for any reason, the Released Parties will have no further obligation to award compensation in lieu thereof. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor and its agencies to use winner’s name and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, including a winners list, unless prohibited by law.

The Promoter collects personal information (“PI”) in order to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such PI to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this PI. The Promoter will also use and handle PI as set out in its Privacy Statement, which can be viewed at https://www.westernunion.com/global/en/privacy-statement.html. The Privacy Statement also contains information about how participants may opt out, access, update or correct their PI, and how participants may complain about a breach of their privacy or any other applicable law and how those complaints will be dealt with. The Promoter will not disclose participant’s personal information to any entity outside of the country in which it was originally collected. A request to access, update or correct any private information should be directed to the Promoter.
